retain. Teachers at all levels have been assigning this topic to their students to enhance
their
knowledge about staying healthy and fit, and to create awareness. In addition to that, it

results in the development of a healthy lifestyle amongst children. Students need to realize
the
importance of staying healthy and fit, and being the future generation, they can play a
vital role
in creating awareness and maintaining a stable health regime.
The enhancement of the physical and mental development of children is certainly the most important for children. Taking that into consideration, Free Hand Exercises and other activities were organized during the session. Children performed different exercises like breathing, stretching, bending, etc. It helped them to improve their stamina, flexibility, and energy level, and they also learned a few Free Hands exercises.
